How to Make Chocolate Cheesecake Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in the sugar until combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until well blended.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  7. Bake for 55 minutes, or until the center is almost set. The edges will puff slightly, this is normal.
  8. Let cool completely in the pan before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the cheesecake to fully set.
  9. Once chilled, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
