How to Make Deep Dish Taco Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large nonstick skillet, brown 1 lb ground beef over medium-high heat. Add 1/2 medium onion, chopped, and 2 cloves minced garlic. Cook until beef is browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  3. Drain off any excess grease and return the beef mixture to the skillet.
  4. Stir in 1 (15 ounce) can of diced tomatoes, undrained, 1 packet taco seasoning, and 1/4 cup of water. Cook for 1 minute, or until heated through.
