How to Make Ham And Potato Tortilla

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Thinly slice potatoes. Place in a saucepan and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 3 minutes, or until almost tender.
