How to Make Lemon Orzo

  1. Bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add 1 cup orzo pasta to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the orzo is tender, stirring occasionally.
