- In a large bowl, soften 1 (8 ounce) container of whipped topping according to package directions.
- Drain one (20 ounce) can of crushed pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice.
- Add 1 (3.4 ounce) package of instant pistachio pudding mix and the reserved pineapple juice to the softened whipped topping. Gently fold until combined.
- Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend. Enjoy!
