How to Make Sultana And Apple Slice

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C (325°F).
  2. Grease and line a 25cm x 7.5cm x 3.5cm baking pan with baking paper, ensuring the paper overhangs the sides.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup muesli, ½ cup sultanas, ½ cup wholemeal flour, ¼ cup almond meal, ¼ cup oat bran, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix well.
