How to Make 2 Minute Carbonara

  1. Cook 100g Maggi noodles according to package directions.
  2. While noodles cook, finely chop 2 spring onions, 2 cloves garlic, 100g ham (diced), and 100g mushrooms.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped spring onions, garlic, ham, and mushrooms. Sauté for 1 minute. Stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream and heat through. Add the cooked noodles and 2 tablespoons of the reserved pasta cooking water. Toss to combine.
