How to Make 3 Cheese Bean Dip

  1. Combine 1 (15-ounce) can of drained and rinsed kidney beans, 1 (4-ounce) can of diced green chiles (drained), 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 1/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon chili powder in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a tablespoon or two of milk or water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
