How to Make 3 Packet Roast

- Pour 1 cup of beef broth around the sides of the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the roast is fork-tender. Internal temperature should reach 190-200°F (88-93°C).
- Remove the roast from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Skim off excess fat from the cooking liquid.
- Whisk 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water to create a slurry.
- Gradually whisk the slurry into the cooking liquid in the slow cooker, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
