How to Make All In One Bolognaise

  1. Heat olive oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, red wine, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
