Ingredients for All Purpose Marinade Especially Nice Used With Beef
- Light Olive Oil
- Red Wine
- Light Soy Sauce
- Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make All Purpose Marinade Especially Nice Used With Beef
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add your beef (or lamb/pork) to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated evenly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for maximum flavor. The longer it marinates, the more tender and flavorful your meat will be!
- Remove the meat from the marinade and discard the marinade. (Do not reuse marinade after it has come into contact with raw meat).
- Proceed with your chosen cooking method (grilling, roasting, etc.).
Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor
Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
