How to Make Almost Roast Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine 500g ground beef, 1 large onion (finely chopped), 2 beef bouillon cubes (crushed), 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
