How to Make Another Chicken Florentine
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer 10 oz (280g) fresh spinach in the bottom of a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
- Spread 1 lb (450g) cooked, cut-up chicken evenly over the spinach.
- In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream, 1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise, and 1/4 cup (30g) grated Parmesan cheese. Add 1 tablespoon curry powder and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional). Mix well.
- Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the chicken.
