How to Make Apple And Spice Cake South African
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease and flour a 16-20cm square cake tin. Line the bottom with baking paper and grease the paper.
- In a large bowl, beat 2 large eggs.
- Add 2 cups (250g) grated apple and gently toss to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon ground cloves, ¼ teaspoon ground allspice, and ½ teaspoon baking soda.
