- 1/2 cup (100g) honey
- White Rum

How to Make Apple Pie Spirits
- Pour 1 gallon (3.8 liters) of apple juice into a large kettle or pot.
- Add 3-8 cinnamon sticks (adjust to your preferred spice level) and 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
- Heat over medium heat until warm. Add 1/2 cup (100g) of honey and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1/5 of a bottle (approximately 200ml) of good quality white rum.
- Serve warm or allow to cool completely before serving.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a lemon wedge (optional).
