Ingredients for Apple Thyme Martini
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Fresh Thyme
- Ice
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce apple juice (freshly squeezed is best!)

How to Make Apple Thyme Martini
- Chill four martini glasses in the refrigerator.
- Make the thyme syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 4 sprigs of fresh thyme.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to a simmer.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely. Remove thyme sprigs.
- To assemble the martinis: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of apple juice, and 1/4 cup of cooled thyme syrup to the shaker.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Strain into the chilled martini glasses.
