- Add 1/2 cup of chopped onion to the saucepan.
- Cook the onion over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in 1 cup apricot preserves, 1/2 cup honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
- Set the glaze aside.
