How to Make Au Gratin Ham Pot Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, cream of mushroom soup mix, boiling water, peas and carrots, turkey ham, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, milk, sour cream, and pimientos. Stir well to combine.
