  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Green Peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

How to Make Bacon Crescent Tarts

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender, combine: 4 ounces cream cheese (softened), 1/2 cup milk, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper, and 1/4 cup chopped onion. Blend until smooth.
  3. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  4. Separate 1 (8 ounce) can of crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
  5. Press each triangle into the bottom and up the sides of a muffin cup to form a tart shell.
  6. Divide 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled) evenly among the tart shells.
  7. Gently pour the egg mixture over the bacon in each tart shell.
  8. Top with the remaining 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled).
  9. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with your favorite juice and fresh fruit for a complete breakfast.

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
