  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream per ramekin
  • 2 tablespoons diced ham per ramekin
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives per ramekin

How to Make Baked Eggs With Ham And Chives

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Butter each ramekin or custard cup.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of diced ham in the bottom of each ramekin.
  4. Crack 2 large eggs gently into each ramekin.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream to each ramekin.
  6. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of chopped chives, salt, pepper, and any optional fresh herbs (parsley, chervil, or tarragon).
