How to Make Baked Fish
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Butter a small baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches) with 1/2 tablespoon of butter.

- Pour 2 tablespoons of dry white wine and 1/4 cup of heavy cream evenly over the fish.
- Sprinkle evenly with 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of finely chopped shallots, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
- Melt the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of butter and drizzle it over the fish and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy.
