- 1 kg (2.2 lbs) potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

How to Make Baked Sausages With Potatoes And Cheddar
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cut each sausage into 3 chunks.
- Peel and thinly slice 1 kg (2.2 lbs) potatoes to about 1cm thickness.
- Chop 1 medium onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage chunks, potatoes, onion, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a large oven-proof baking dish, ensuring it's in a single layer.
