How to Make Baked Sausages With Potatoes And Cheddar

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Cut each sausage into 3 chunks.
  3. Peel and thinly slice 1 kg (2.2 lbs) potatoes to about 1cm thickness.
  4. Chop 1 medium onion.
