How to Make Baked Sesame Parmesan Chicken Drumsticks Or Wings
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the skin from the chicken drumsticks or wings (optional). Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a large plastic bag or bowl, combine 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs, ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, ¼ cup sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional), and 1 teaspoon onion powder.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter.
- Brush the chicken with melted butter, then add it to the bag/bowl with the breadcrumb mixture. Seal the bag and shake well, or toss gently in the bowl to coat evenly.
