How to Make Balsamic Chicken Drumsticks

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, 2 cloves garlic (minced), and 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional).
  2. Add 2 pounds chicken drumsticks to a large resealable zip-top plastic bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
