How to Make Barbecue Beef Crock Pot

  1. Pat 3 lbs beef chuck roast dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge the beef in 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, ensuring it's fully coated.
  3. In your crock pot, combine 1 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
