How to Make Beef Vegetables And Rice Noodles With Oyster Sauce
- Steam or microwave vegetables (see ingredient list for specifics) for 1 minute until slightly softened.
- Pour boiling water over rice noodles. Let sit until softened (about 5-7 minutes), then drain and set aside.
- Trim excess fat from 1 lb beef sirloin steak. Gently pound to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into 1-inch squares.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef in batches and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining 1 tablespoon of oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add noodles, 1-2 red chilies (finely chopped), 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until heated through and well combined.
