How to Make Barbecue Chicken Quesadillas

  1. Sauté 1/2 medium onion, chopped, and 1/2 bell pepper (any color), chopped, in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the vegetables from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, heat 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken with 1/4 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce over medium-low heat until warmed through.
