How to Make Barbecue Chicken Wraps

  1. In a 1-quart saucepan, combine 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce, 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, and 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  2. Warm 4 large flour tortillas according to package directions.
  3. Spoon 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
  5. Add 1/4 cup of coleslaw to the sides of each tortilla.
  6. Fold up the bottom of each tortilla.
  7. Fold in the sides, tucking in the filling.
  8. If desired, wrap the bottom of each wrap tightly in foil or waxed paper to help keep them warm and prevent spills.
