How to Make Beef Biscuit Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large nonstick skillet, brown the 1 lb ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon. Add the 1 medium chopped onion and 1 chopped green bell pepper; cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
