How to Make Beef Mozzarella Bake
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown 1 lb ground beef, 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 2 cloves minced garlic until meat is no longer pink.
- Stir in 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, 1/2 cup water, and 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with the remaining 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
