How to Make Impossible Taco Pie
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Impossible™ meat: Brown the Impossible™ Burger in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Roll out one pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Pour the Impossible™ taco mixture into the pie crust.
- Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover with the second pie crust, crimping the edges to seal. Cut several slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Top with sour cream or Mexican crema and avocado slices, if desired.
