How to Make Mexican Inspired Sfuffed Peppers

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
