How to Make Nutella And Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 11cm x 21cm loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together 200g all-purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
  3. Stir in 150g granulated sugar and 50g brown sugar.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs, 125ml vegetable oil, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  5. Mash 3 ripe bananas and add them to the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Using a teaspoon, dollop Nutella evenly across the top of the batter. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the Nutella into the batter, creating a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
