How to Make Nutella And Banana Bread
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 11cm x 21cm loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, sift together 200g all-purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
- Stir in 150g granulated sugar and 50g brown sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs, 125ml vegetable oil, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- Mash 3 ripe bananas and add them to the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Using a teaspoon, dollop Nutella evenly across the top of the batter. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the Nutella into the batter, creating a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
