How to Make Orange Marmalade Granola Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and orange marmalade until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the brown sugar and vanilla extract to the butter-marmalade mixture. Beat until combined.
  5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Stir in the craisins, chopped pecans, and orange zest.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
