How to Make Pad Thai Fried Noodles With Shrimp

  1. Peel and devein 1 pound of shrimp. Set aside.
  2. Cook 8 ounces of rice noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until tender but still slightly firm. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
