How to Make Syrian Style Lentil And Chard Soup
- In a large pot, combine lentils, water or broth, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne (if using), and nutritional yeast. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until lentils are almost tender.
