- In a large skillet, brown 1 lb ground beef over medium-high heat with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 medium onion (chopped), and 2 cloves garlic (minced) until cooked through.
- Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in 8 oz sliced mushrooms and 24 oz your favorite spaghetti sauce. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine 8 oz cream cheese and 1 cup sour cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and creamy.
