- In a large resealable bag, combine 1 cup pineapple chunks, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, 1 minced shallot, and 1/2-1 jalapeño, finely minced (adjust to your spice preference).
