How to Make Aarsis Ultimate Peach And Goat Cheese Pizza
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.
- Arrange 4 naan breads on the prepared baking sheet.
- Top each naan with 4-5 slices of fresh peach (about 1 medium peach per naan).
- Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over each naan and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the naan is crispy on the bottom.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven.
- Crumble 2 ounces of goat cheese over each naan. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the goat cheese on each naan.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
