How to Make Almond Burgers

- Gradually add remaining 2 tablespoons tamari and 1 tablespoon lemon juice, if needed, until the mixture is moist enough to hold its shape but not overly wet. Add 1-2 tablespoons water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
- Gently shape the mixture into 6 patties.
- Lightly grease a baking sheet and arrange the patties on it.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
