How to Make Almond Granola
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1/2 cup apple cider, 1/4 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup honey, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the almond butter is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Stir in 3 cups rolled oats and 1 cup sliced almonds.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a rimmed baking sheet.
