How to Make Aloha Chicken Wings
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut 2 lbs of chicken wings into drumettes and flats; discard wingtips.
- Place wings in a large resealable plastic bag.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together: 1 cup pineapple preserves, 1/4 cup dry sherry, 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger.
- Pour marinade over wings in the bag, seal, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Remove wings from marinade; reserve marinade.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on a large foil-lined baking sheet.
- Pour 1 cup of the reserved marinade over the wings.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until wings are cooked through and the glaze is caramelized, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
