  2. Thoroughly rinse 1 pound of shrimp and pat them dry.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with 1/2 cup fresh lime juice and 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
