How to Make Amazing Fudge
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine 2 cups granulated sugar and 1 cup milk.
- Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture reaches the soft-ball stage (235-240°F on a candy thermometer).
- Remove from heat. Immediately stir in 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter and 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder until smooth and creamy.

- Stir in 1/4 cup all-purpose flour until thoroughly incorporated.
