How to Make Angel Hair Pasta With Vegetables Pine Nuts And Feta Cheese

  1. Cook 8 ounces of angel hair pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. While the pasta cooks, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Halve 1 pint of cherry or grape tomatoes and toss them on a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until slightly softened and blistered.
