How to Make Another Dry Rib Recipe

  1. Cut the meat between the bones of the ribs and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup all-purpose flour until a smooth batter forms.
