How to Make Another Garlic Shrimp Recipe
- Preheat your broiler. Place 1 pound of shrimp in a large, broiler-safe pan and set aside.
- In a large sauté pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (or more, to taste), and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the shrimp. Broil for 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque throughout.
- Remove from the broiler and transfer the shrimp to a large platter. Drizzle with the juice of 1/2 a lemon and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread and extra lemon wedges for squeezing.
