- 1/2 cup (60g) raisins

How to Make Apricot Granola
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together 1/2 cup (113g) margarine and 1/2 cup (100g) packed brown sugar until smooth.
- Add 3 cups (300g) rolled oats, 1 cup (40g) wheat bran, 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup (30g) sesame seeds, 1/4 cup (30g) sunflower seeds, 1 cup (100g) chopped nuts (your choice), and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
- Toss to combine thoroughly and spread evenly onto a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and fragrant.
- Remove from oven and immediately stir in 1/2 cup (60g) raisins and 1 cup (120g) dried apricots, chopped.
- Let cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking into clusters and storing in an airtight container.
