How to Make Armenian Bread Rounds Bread Machine
- Heat 1 cup of milk in a small saucepan until just boiling. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add all ingredients to your bread machine in the order specified by your machine's instructions.
- Select the dough cycle on your bread machine and let it complete.
- Once the cycle is finished, gently turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
- Cover and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil and 1 clove crushed garlic.
- Divide the dough into two equal pieces.
