How to Make Asian Beef Noodle Bowl Kraft
- Cook 1 pound of pasta according to package directions. Add 1 cup of broccoli florets and 1/2 cup sliced carrots to the boiling water during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- While pasta cooks, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 pound of thinly sliced beef (or substitute with 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1 pound pork tenderloin, or a combination).
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly, stirring frequently.
- Drain the pasta and vegetable mixture thoroughly.
- Place the drained pasta and vegetables in a large serving bowl.
- Add the cooked beef (or other protein) mixture to the bowl.
